Projektomontaža performing works of thermo technical, electric and water&sewage installation at the object VIG PLAZA located in New Belgrade block 11. Value of contracted works with “Imperial gradnja” is 7.978.000 €. Proposed terms for works finalization is December 2009. Our partner company witnin this project is Traco-invest, which is engaged in thermo technical and water&sewage installation.

Object PLAZA is planned to be one of the most representative object in the wide region with the level of used equipment and quality of business premises. Object construction contains two underground floors (garage and technical premises), ground floor with gallery, eight floors, set back storey and technical storey. Gross surface of overhead floors is approximately 16 460 m2, underground floors about 5 360 m2, which in the gross makes total surface of 21 820 m2. Objet VIG PLAZA is designed for the need of company WIENER STÄDTISCHE as a buyer and main user.
Construction of the object is based on highest technology solutions, which considers works in high quality and all within given deadlines. All of the planned installations are in accordance with the most recent trends and business premises with high class quality. Entire building shall be in automatic regime, with the safety and convenience reasons, exploiting and energy saving (smart buildings). Beside conventional power supply it is planned to include geothermal energy as a recursive side source which is in accordance with world tendencies and as such makes this object a pioneer project in terms of construction works within our country.
